  Pottery barn on line service is terrible. Placed order, wrong shipping address was use, mine, versus the out of town PB registry recipient I was buying a gift for. I immediately contacted PB both through their customer Service email and by phone and they claim it is impossible for them to either correct the address or cancel the order. It took over 30 minutes for a supervisor of customer service to get on the phone with me. Only advise given was to refuse the UPS order. Still hard to believe an order that has not shipped could not be stopped (cancelled) or re-routed by Pottery Barn. Just very poor customer Service.
